1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the exchange and keep your account safe:

• Account details - your name, email, phone number and password when you register.
• Transaction data - deposits, withdrawals and bets placed, so we can settle markets and keep records.
• Technical data - device type, browser, IP address and app version, used for security and to fix problems.
• Support messages - what you send us on WhatsApp or through a form, so we can help you.

2. How we use your data

We use your information to create and manage your account, process deposits and withdrawals, match and settle your bets, protect against fraud and unauthorised access, meet legal and regulatory duties, and respond to your questions. We may also use technical data to improve how the site and app perform. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Payment information

Deposits run through UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Net Banking and IMPS. These are handled by your bank and payment provider. We see that a payment was made and its amount, but we do not store your full banking credentials or card numbers on our servers.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses a small number of cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning some off may affect how parts of the site work.

9. Age restriction

Dreamexch is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an underage person has registered, we will close the account and delete their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service changes or the law requires. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Dreamexch after a change means you accept the updated policy.
